I got some scans back today and wasn’t expecting what I found. I’m notoriously bad at cataloging my personal film, so I had no idea what was even on these rolls. Turns out this one had been sitting in my car for months—soaked in summer heat, quietly setting off its own little chemical experiment.
The frames are from a climbing trip to City of Rocks, Idaho. Dotted, imperfect, sun-warmed, and a little unpredictable, just as the film gods intended.
